Many of our customers have asked us how the delivery of SentabTV unit works. Whenever possible, we are using Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA Export) service that covers 26 countries in Europe, and the territory of the US. The rest of the countries are serviced by our courier service.
When we receive a purchase order via our e-shop, we prepare the shipment order in Amazon FBA facility. This is when we also check the destination country and make sure you will have the proper AC adapter coming with the product.
The typical delivery times within Europe are 5 days and in the US around 2-3 days from making the order. So, you are not yet late in getting the product ordered by Christmas!
