All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are processed only if we get a confirmation from our payment service provider that the payment for the product was successful. If the payments are on hold or unsuccessful, the processing will not be started.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Our preferred fulfilment method is Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA), which means that the purchased item(s) will be shipped to you from Amazon regional warehouse and the delivery is managed by Amazon. You can expect the shipment time through FBA within the US to be around 4-5 days.
If you are ordering outside of the US, or we have run out of stock under FBA, we may choose to fulfil the order directly. We are using FedEx Standard as our shipment method. The shipment may take 2-3 business days. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
